On 1 March 2018 CEO Søren Larsen retired and handed over the operation to Lars Juhl Frandsen as new CEO. Lars Juhl Frandsen took over 40% of the ownership in Nordic Computer A/S, while the Peter Larsen took up the position as CFO and 60% of the ownership.

New Management - Same Strategic Focus

"Having been at Nordic Computer for more than 30 years, where the past 10 have been as owner and CEO, I feel that it is the right time to hand over the responsibility to the next generation. Nordic Computer has created a healthy, financial foundation and a strategic focus, which is supported by all the employees.

This is why I am convinced that with Lars and Peter as the new group of owners and management the company will continue the positive development", says Søren Larsen, retiring CEO in Nordic Computer about the handover.

"With his many years of experience, Søren is a well-known and respected personality in the business and he is the epitome of our three values; orderliness, quality and drive which everybody at Nordic Computer lives by in our daily work.

The job, for Peter and me - together with our skilled employees - will be to continue strengthening Nordic Computer's strategic focus on our service-offering to the Scandinavian data centres and the sale of refurbished data centre hardware such as servers, storage and networking equipment worldwide. It will therefore be "business as usual" for all employees, customers and business partners", says the new CEO, Lars Juhl Frandsen.
